What materials are your jewelry pieces made from?
Our jewelry is crafted in 18k gold plating and 925 sterling silver, depending on the piece. Each product page lists the exact materials available. We design for durability, beauty, and everyday wear.
Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
Our sterling silver pieces are generally suitable for sensitive skin. If you have specific metal sensitivities, we recommend our silver options. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us and we’ll help you choose the right piece.
Can I personalize or customize a piece?
Yes! Many of our pieces are fully customizable — including engraved necklaces, initial necklaces, birthstone jewelry, and scripture necklaces. Look for the customization options on each product page and fill in your details at checkout.
Why are your prices so affordable? Is the quality good?
We intentionally keep our prices fair. As a family business on a mission to spread God’s word, we believe faith jewelry should be accessible to everyone. We don’t inflate our prices to grow profit — we price honestly so more people can wear something meaningful.
Is your jewelry only for women?
We started as a women’s brand and the majority of our current collection is designed with women in mind — but faith has no gender. We are actively expanding our range to include unisex pieces for all believers. Stay tuned for new additions coming soon.
Do you offer gift packaging?
All Lainly™ pieces arrive in beautiful packaging, making them ready to give as a gift straight out of the box. No extra gift wrapping needed.
How does the Buy 1 Get 2 Free offer work?
It’s simple — when you buy one piece, you get two more free. The offer is applied automatically at checkout. This is our way of making sure more people can wear meaningful faith jewelry without worrying about the price.
Can I choose which pieces I get for free?
Yes! You choose all three pieces yourself. Add your favorites to the cart and the discount will be applied at checkout. If you have any trouble, contact us and we’ll sort it out for you.
Does the Buy 1 Get 2 Free offer apply to personalized items?
Yes, the offer applies across our collection including personalized pieces. If you have any questions about combining specific items, just reach out and we’ll help you get the best value.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days within the US. Personalized or custom pieces may require an additional 2–3 business days for production before shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders generally arrive within 10–20 business days depending on the destination country. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
My tracking hasn’t updated in a few days. What should I do?
Tracking can sometimes pause for 1–2 days during transit, especially for international orders. If it hasn’t moved in more than 5 business days, please contact us at support@lainly.com and we’ll look into it for you right away.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Lainly™ piece. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please contact us at support@lainly.com to initiate a return.
Can I return a personalized or engraved item?
Because personalized pieces are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns on customized items unless they arrive damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we will make it right.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We are so sorry to hear that. Please email us at support@lainly.com with your order number and a photo of the item and we will send you a replacement or full refund right away — no questions asked.
